What was so exciting about our "2020 Vision" transitioned into "2020 Hindsight" as we learned so much from the global lockdown under the 2020 Quarantined. Then 2021 came in as a year of Hope & Recovery. Here at MarimorLife we focused on encouraging the building up of Self Worth And Gratitude with Quality as a fundamental focus.

How have you been holding up? Whether it’s lost loved ones, a career transition, changing relationships with friends or family, know that you are not alone in overcoming the challenges you've had to face. Recovery has been our main priority. The question is though, where to begin?

Taking time for quiet reflection, being conscious of eating well and managing your activity for increased positive stimulation are some necessary steps to keeping a clear mindset so that you may be positive and productive.
